Domain expertise meets state-of-the-art AI, built from the ground up.
Xpert Lab AI was founded by Yogesh Saigal, Founder & CEO, who spent 25 years inside Indian and global organisations — at ABC Consultants, Randstad, Korn Ferry and Transearch — helping leadership teams hire, organise and grow. Those years showed him the same pattern everywhere: capable teams held back by Excel, manual processes and legacy software that was never designed for how Indian businesses actually work.
The first two years were spent in stealth — running real pilots and POCs with organisations across manufacturing, energy and industrial services, consulting and professional services, in India and the Middle East. We learned what actually works versus what looks good in a demo. The result is software tested against real data, real users and real resistance before a single rupee of marketing was spent.
What makes Xpert Lab AI different is not just the domain knowledge. It's the access to top AI and software professionals across geographies who ensure every product reflects the current state of the art. These are not wrappers around existing tools. Every core problem has been ideated from scratch and solved from the ground up.
